TUNN-AL		 TUNN-AL SENSORS
CO.EL.'s special sensor transducers are designed for use in tunnel installations and mounted in an appropriate housing. The product, already packed, passes on a belt conveyor through the suitably dimensioned tunnel. The TUNN-AL is available in ABS or steel versions and can house the integral COMP-AL controller or be connected by cable for remote operation.The tunnels are made in different sizes, thus making it possible to control any type of product and give top performance in the toughest working conditions.
Standard sizes: heigth of passage from 50 mm to 500 mm, variable by 50 mm intervals on request;width of passage from 100 mm to 1000 mm, variable by 50 mm intervals on request.

TOR-AL		 TOR-AL SENSORS

The sensors are fabricated in ring form for use with product feed pipes. TOR-AL is available in a sealed integrated moulded plastic housing. We recommend remote operation via cable, but an integrated version equipped with the necessary steam, water, etc. protection is also available.
Approximate dimensions: ¯ 100 and 200, L 130.

 COMP-AL CONTROLLER

The "brain" of the Metalim system features:
- microprocessor control;
- no-fault detection;
- microsecond sensor sampling rate to detector transducers;
- adjustable sensitivity according to contamination threshold;
- metal-specific detection;- product-specific detection program;
- production process display with emergency stop (optional) and alarm condition;
- standard or sealed stainless steel casing.
