 COMP-AL CONTROLLER + TUNN-AL SENSORS
The system is available in two configurations:- integrated, a single housing contains the COMP-AL and the TUNN-AL;- separate units, COMP-AL and TUNN-AL are physically distant, connected by a cable for the control signals.The choice between integrated and separate unit installations depends on operational requirements and environmental conditions, salinity, humidity, etc.. The TUNN-AL is always installed over a belt conveyor for product packed in glass vases, bags, tins, nets, etc., such as preserves, pasta, fish, rice, sugar, cheese, bread, etc..

TOR-AL		 COMP-AL CONTROLLER + TOR-AL SENSORS
The controller is usually separate from the ring sensor, with cable connection for control signal transmission. The product being monitored, still in the process stream, travels through the pipe which feeds through the TOR-AL. Examples: conserves, jams, ground meat, rice, flour, oil, cheese products, etc.. An integrated system is also available, in a suitably protected housing.

OPERATION
Software adjustable sensitivity from 0 to 256;- 156 selectable programs;- two alarm signals, one immediate and one depending on an external permissive, software adjustable with three delays from 0 to 2500 microseconds (time from alarm trip to discard mechanism operation);- highly legible 80 character program display with 4 function keys: F1, F2, +, and -;- the user-friendly Italian-language program display makes operating the Metalim easy even for first-time users.

ACCESSORIES
The Metalim can be equipped with:- alarm lamps and sirens;- belt conveyor emergency stop;- robot/solenoid valve product discard mechanism;- weighing equipment.
